We had an order come in where the customer selected UPS Ground and paid $2 for the shipping method. This is not an accurate amount for the shipping cost (should have been in the $14 vicinity). The product they selected has an Extra Ship Fee of $2. The other shipping methods display accurate pricing (though not with the extra $2 added on).
Is it possible that the Extra Ship Fee is somehow overwriting the actual price for UPS Ground? Or is this an entirely different issue?

It sounds like the shipping rate came back as $0 (which can happen for a number of reasons) and then the $2 Extra Ship Fee was added to it. |
