When running a report for Customers Who Purchased, I'm trying to search by the main SKU that has many colors but the search won't find the sub SKU's with individual colors. For instance I want to find all products 12345 but the search is requiring me to search one color at a time as in 12345-WHT, 12345-BLK, 12345-Red. I thought maybe using 12345* would pull up all, but that didn't work. What can I do?

The report performs exact matches on the SKU sold. It would need to be customized to perform the way you suggest. |
