When you set up a cross-sell product and there are choices on the base product, if you click on the image you go to the cross-sell product. If you click on the text link you get error messages at the top of the page that wants you to make the choice. 2 different actions happen when you click on the image link vs. the text link in the cross-sell. Which is the intended behavior? In my ever so humble opinion, the cross-sell should work as a direct link to that product and should not depend on choices being made on the base product. Either way, the image link and the text link should do the same thing. This is due to an error in the settings for this link. This is not desired behavior. We have an internal fix for it, that has not yet been released as a hotfix. We will release this soon. |
