Promotion Codes not working from Order Manager

When editing an order and attempting to add an Order Total coupon code, it does not apply and displays "Coupon code does not apply to this order." The code is valid and can be applied if done prior to checkout. |

Do you have any other code or offer applied to the order? If you have a code or offer already applied on the order and the code/offer has "Do not combine with other promotional codes" check ticked, any other code will be rejected.
E.g. You have a product with a special price via an offer, and the offer has "don't combine" the order will refuse any manually entered code. This is by design AFAIK :)

A fix for this is going to be available with SP4. We hope to have SP4 out by the end of this month, but this is not set in stone. |
