Hello,

I'm having a problem getting the UPS label to display and print. After I ship a practice order and accept the shipping charges, I'm supposed to see a UPS-formatted shipping label. However, I get a blank page. ANY help with this would be appreciated. We're trying to go live this week and this is a major hangup.

Kindest Regards,

L

Could be a permissions problem. Make sure your ASPNET account has full control permissions to the /images/ups folder where labels are written.

Marcus,

I'm attaching a screenshot of the IIS showing the permissions on the Images/UPS folder. I need to be able to display and print the shipping label and don't know what the problem is...

ANY help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

L

What happens if you open one of those .htm pages manually?

Marcus,
when i click on one of the *.htm pages and open them on a browser (IE), I see the instructions and the shipping label. I'm just not sure what I 'm doing wrong not to see this image.

Do you do see the shipping label image when you open the file manually, just not when you open via the admin web site?

Marcus,

Thank you for your reply.

I had the tech staff at our hosting company enable read/write permissions on the "images" folder on our account.

However, I'm still unable to display the "shipping label" information.

I see this :

https://www.driveontech....S/1Z709R570397117964.htm

and I get a message that says "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage"

ANY thoughts on how to get this to work would be most appreciated.
