When I clicked on Issue credits of any customer in Order Manager=>Select an action=>Issue credits, I got the result: Code:Redirect Loop
Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete. Can you tell me how to fix this?

Is FireFox set to disable or refuse to accept cookies? Are you seeing the same error when you use IE or Safari? Wallace Miller -- Narrowpath Design

IE: It took too long time and after that, it said that: can't open.
Safari too.

Check your SSL settings under Options->Security. If the admin is trying to redirect to an SSL root but you have something else rewriting the url so it doesn't match that can cause a loop.
