I reset the Keyword Searches Report and since then it does not populate at all. The same issue was reported several years ago here. Is there a fix for this? Thanks

Go to Options >> Site Settings >> Performance and verify that "Record Customer Searches" is checked. As an aside, I would recommend using Google Analytics keyword reports as they are far more robust and can be used in conjunction with other GA data. |

Thanks Aaron - Record Customer Searches was not checked. I'm sure that will fix the issue. Regarding GA, I wholeheartedly agree with you and had already passed this to the store admins. I should have removed the report so it isn't even in the application.
