Please contact our support department. We are currently testing a 3.12 update to the Connector for QuickBooks which should resolve this issue.

Try unchecking to have the Tax entered as a Line Item in the Connector -- Options - Taxes

Is there an expected release on this 3.12 version? We have been having problems described above for quite a while now and would like to see this finally resolved.

Nope, I just received the updated 3.13 version and same error message. Also I don't know what's going on in the background with this utility with the extra CPU cycles when nothing is going on and the huge memory consumption 100+ MB. I'd really like to know if anyone with BVC2004 has got this to work. We bought the thing over 3 years ago and have never got it to work, even upgraded Quickbooks a couple of times. I'm not going to upgrade Quickbooks to try this again.
