Okay, so I know there was a bug on Monday with getting some USPS rates. We're still having a few international orders slip through with free shipping.
Does anyone have any solutions at this point? It's not returning rates for customers to see what their shipping will be, and I can't choose the new USPS shipping choices, it's all the old Global Priority, Global Express, etc...
I think for now I'll just have a set rate for USPS Priority International. But wow, it is so expensive! |

Angela,
I would presume that BV has to update the new USPS methods -- they old methods are still showing up on the Options-Shipping page if you go to create a new method. I understand that this is being worked on.
If it works like my current cart -- the terms have to match exactly in order for them to show up (or to exclude them) |

I don't really like my FedEx guy, I live in the mountains and he never delivers to me on time.
I love my UPS guy, but I hear that international customers get hit harder with customs when shipped by UPS.
How about DHL, does anyone have success with them?
I was going to offer at least one or two more shipping methods anyway. |

We'll be posting a hot fix for the USPS Global rates in BV Commerce 5 today.

Cool, I applied the patch and now Priority International works.
I can't seen to get Express International to show up as a customer selection though.
Also, the First Class International shows up for even a 3 pound package. |
