I've been working with gift certificates and noticed that when a customer clicks "place order", any gift certificates they use are still debited even if they get a credit card error. When they correct the credit card error and click "place order", the customer gets a "debit gift certificates failed" error because the gift certificates have no value.

This is being address in SP2 so that when the workflow fails, the amount already debited off the gift certificates will be added back to them.
