Dear Support and Guys,

I recently found it is very slow to search a order using keyword in our order manager. For example, type a ordernumber or email, it takes a long time to get the results. I tried to use sql server tool such as profiler/advisor to improve it, but it can't be improve it any more. Can you give some other way/solution to figure out where it is the problem. Thanks a lot.

Have a good day!

What is "very slow"? I type in a similar search, such as order number, and the results comes up in about 7 seconds. I'm not sure if it depends on how many orders are in the DB -- ours has about 3000.

Kevin,

SP3 introduced a much more optimized search procedure for text fields. Are you running SP3 + hot fixes or SP2?

Joe, Marcus,
We have over 40000 orders, it takes 20-25s to get the results. do you think it is normal?
