PayPal Express and no State Slaes Tax being charged

We have had a customer who has had a problem with getting State Sales Tax to get passed over to PayPal. We were told to wait and this would be fixed in SP3, but we updated customer's store to SP3 and ran a test order and still no luck. Everything else passes over EXCEPT the state sales tax. Anyone else seeing these issues?
(Just to note, these are orders placed within the same state and State Sales Tax should be charged on these orders)
State Sales tax shows up on order review page in BV (when applicable), but not on the PayPal page. |

We have the same problem. I am thinking I should re-apply the SP2 hotfix for this issue to see if it fixes the problem. |

SP2 HF did not fix it for us so we were waiting on the SP3 to come out. And that did not help either. Marcus has responded to my tech ticket and wants us to do some more testing with it. I'll try to report findings back here when done. |

I havne't had any instate orders with PayPal, but with SP2 the sales tax was being carried over to PayPal for me. |
