Has anyone else that uses FedEx Ground noticed timeout errors in your logs for getting rates from FedEx Ground/Home Delivery over the weekend and this morning? I want to make sure it is a FE issue and not an issue with our site, as I recently set up new shipping rules that I want to make sure aren't contributing in some way to the timeout. |

Yes Joe. I had a $0.00 at 2:29pm, 3/22/09. An order a few hours later came through with a proper shipping quote, Fed Ex Ground.
Edit - just got a 0.00, 3/23/2009 11:39:00 AM. I ran the exact order again at 12:30 and got a ship quote.
Gateway timeouts.

Thanks Mitch -- I did talk with FE Web Services tech support today and they said they were having "issues" with the production server -- looks a little better this evening -- haven't had a timeout since about 3PM eastern |
