I have turned on the Diagnostic Mode option on UPS Shipping option then I got the following response in the Event log of admin panel - "UPS Status Code = 0 UPS Postage = UPS Errors = The XML document is well formed but the document is not valid UPS Rate = -1"Still I am not able to get the shipping rates on checkout as well as on Shipping Rates popup box. What should I do?
