Hi,


We have PayPal express on our carts and all are not getting the Paypal Express orders to get the phone number for the customer.



We have force phone number entry on for billing.



Is there any setting I am missing in BV or on PayPal?

That sounds like my experience in the past. Are you sure that PayPal will give you the customer's phone number?

Hi Aaron,

Thanks for the input. We checked and found the issue for us is Paypal and Google buttons in the cart go straight to the API and they don't get any place to force the customer to enter phone number. In the checkout page you can use that option. Our thought is to have the customer see a label to tell them we need there Phone Number for that selection then go fist to a page to force that entry and then send them to the API.
