I have been back and forth with Comodo with this but I think it may be more of an issue with my checkout file.............

I'm baffled because the SSL trust logo pop-up appears fine on every single https page except checkout.aspx

I am using the Sports Shop theme as a base.

See attached.

Thanks,

Did you look at checkout.master to see if it's using the same header/footer and your SSL seal?

ok this is interesting...it works fine using the BVC2004 checkout but just not the one page checkout!

Hi Marcus,

It seems to be....Inherits="BVModules_Themes_Sports_Shop_Checkout" and I'm using the Sports Shop theme.

The wierd thing is that is the seal appears finr on the checkout and if you click to verify the informtion is fine it is just when you hover over it that it kicks up the incorrect window.

The other thing is that both FireFox and Chrome display it perfectly it is only IE 7&8 that don't.

This is what I was told from the SSL issue tech support but I don't think they are right otherwise I wouldnt think it would work at all.

So please move this code exactly before your 'head' tag to solve this issue.

Derek,

It's not the Inherits attribute. It sounds like a JavaScript-related error. Perhaps your <script> tag isn't on the checkout page (which I believe is what Marcus is eluding to by asking you to make sure that Checkout.master is using the same header and footer is your other masterpages) or that the <script> tag is coming after the SSL logo in source order.

Add the IE7 Compatibility Meta Tag right after the <head> tag in all your master pages.

Thanks Guys,

I have just switched to using the QuickCheckout (I think this was Cliff's) and it works fine : )

Thanks again,

Derek
