Ship Items changes Order Status only after email is sent

It appears that clicking Ship Items changes the Order Status to Complete only after the shipping notification email is sent. So the email is automatically sent with the status of In Process when the email should read Complete. Any idea where the sequence issue is? That's not the default behavior. If you've altered your workflow steps that would probably explain it. |
